HC Evans 1920's antique cast iron shooting gallery target 32" centerpiece with rabbits

SOLD!! Thank you!! HC Evans 1920's antique cast iron shooting gallery target 32" centerpiece with rabbits. This was the rotating centerpiece of an H.C. Evans Co of Chicago shooting gallery arcade seen in carnivals and boardwalks. Special thanks to John at www.sideshoworld.com for letting me use an image of the target in its complete form. It does seem a little illogical to give a complete stranger a loaded gun these days but these were a staple for decades. Strong original paint with surface patina and corrosion. The four rabbits around the circle have weak return springs that allow them to reset when rotated at the bottom of the arc. No chips or cracks standard 1" center post mount. Note that these are not to be used with full power loads, rifles used for these were .22 shorts with special powdered lead bullets Winchesters brand name for these was "splatter proof". Larger calibers even .22 long rifle will damage the target. Measures 32" wide from rabbits ears to rabbits ears weighs approx 45lbs uncrated.
